Cruise Day 23 – PP

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs (2 eggs) with low fat ham stirred through. Best scrambled eggs I’ve ever made!! Followed by oat bran porridge with cinnamon and sweetener (trying to take Charlotte’s advice and eat more breakfast)

Snack: None

Lunch: Chicken breast with cottage cheese, curry powder and soft boiled egg stirred through, gooey oat bran yoghurt with cinammon and sweetener

Snack: 1 vanilla protein shake

Snack: Low fat ham pieces

Dinner: Stir fried mince with homemade quark and chilli powder stirred through

Water: 2.5l+

Exercise: 20 minute walk, 30 minute gym workout
