Cruise Day 17 – PP

Breakfast: Oat bran porridge with sweetener

Snack: 1 vanilla protein shake

Lunch: Salmon, homemade quark and boiled egg mashed together, yoghurt with oat bran, cinnamon and sweetener, low fat turkey

Snack: None

Dinner: Two chicken thighs marinated in herbs

Dessert: Yoghurt with low fat cocoa and sweetener

Exercise: 20 minute run

Water: 2l +
