Cruise Day 15 – PP

Today’s Food:

Breakfast: oat bran porridge

Snack: 1 laughing cow cheese wedge

Lunch: Sardines, cottage cheese and boiled egg mashed together followed by natural yoghurt mixed with oatbran, cinnamon and sweetener – a new favourite, wonderful gooey deliciousness!

Snack: None

Dinner: Japanese dinner out – salmon sashimi, battered and deep fried salmon’wings’ – I had no idea they were cooked like that but I picked all the batter off and managed the best I could, skewered prawns in a teriyaki sauce.

My first restaurant dinner on the Dukan. Quite a bit of sauces and not the healthiest cooking style but I think I did fine

Exercise: 20 minute run, 15 minutes of pilates

Water: 2l +
