This is one of my favourite dinners which I have dukanified. It turned out great!
5 level tbsp of oat bran
4 level tbsp of wheat bran
2 small carrots
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
Quarter of a cup of super trim milk
2 tsp curry powder
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Grate onion, carrots and garlic into a large bowl.
Add all other ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon or your hands.
Tranfer into a loaf pan lined with baking paper (to avoid using oil). Bake at 180 for 1 hour.
Lift baking paper out with meatloaf on it and transfer to plate or wire rack to cool.
This photo isn’t great, my meatloaf split in half when I was removing it from the loaf tin! But it really is delicious!
